The overarching principle of the T.R.U.S.T. program is the "Cultural Equation": History + Culture = Values Values determine lifestyle and behavior Based on this foundation, we teach the year-long curriculum in three modules: the Purging Process (where old or existing negative values are purged), the T.R.U.S.T. Value System (where a new pro-social value system is learned) and Re-entry & Community Building (where plans for parole and community engagement are formulated). The T.R.U.S.T.
