I, _________________________________________________, a concerned citizen, do hereby declare that I shall to the best of my ability give my support to the men of the San Quentin T.R.U.S.T. for the Development of Incarcerated Men in whatever way that I can. I understand the plight of those incarcerated or formerly incarcerated and that they are in need of assistance in order to successfully re-integrate into society. By making this pledge, I am declaring my willingness to be a resource to the San Quentin T.R.U.S.T. for the Development of Incarcerated Men. By so doing, I will play an integral part in helping these men reach the desired goal of learning to take responsibility for self, family and community, becoming assets rather than liabilities; and in paving the way for a safer and more just community.
